Project Overview
Kaleidoscope Salon is a tenant buildout of a full-service hair salon for our client who specializes in classic hair color. Construction consisted of demolishing an existing space, which was a former restaurant, and then renovating the 952 square feet, including the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The facility was metal-framed and included painting, polished concrete flooring, and custom millwork.
