ExxonMobil Training Center was a negotiated renovation of a former credit union located within ExxonMobil's industrial facility. The 1,032-square-foot renovation transformed an underutilized space into a dedicated on-site training center that supports contractor orientation and workforce development, providing subcontractors with convenient access to required training without leaving the refinery property.

The project included selective demolition of multiple layers of existing flooring, construction of new interior walls with gypsum board, installation of new flooring, painting, custom millwork, data infrastructure, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, interior signage, and other finish upgrades. Working in collaboration with Coleman Architects, NRK Construction helped deliver a functional, modern training environment that aligned with ExxonMobil's budget, operational requirements, and project schedule.
