Atmos Energy Corporate Office was a comprehensive renovation of 15,152 square feet of existing office space located on the 21st floor of a downtown high-rise.

Construction included the selective demolition of the existing office space followed by the installation of new architectural finishes, including painting, flooring, acoustical wall systems, and custom millwork. Existing doors were carefully refurbished to preserve quality materials, while a new storefront glazing system was installed to maximize the flow of natural light throughout the office, creating a bright and open workspace. The renovation also included the installation of new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems to modernize the facility while enhancing functionality and occupant comfort.

Working closely with the owner and design team, NRK Construction successfully delivered a contemporary corporate office that reflects Atmos Energy's vision of fostering collaboration, innovation, and meaningful connections among its employees.
