Project Overview

Atmos Energy was a renovation of an existing office space. Construction consisted of demolishing 15,152 square feet of space, installing finishes (painting, flooring, acoustical walls), cusotm millwork, refurbished existing doors and storefront and the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The building owner was enthusiastic about revitalizing the workspace to create an inviting, modern environment that encourages employees to return to in-person collaboration and reconnect with the energy of working together in the office.
