Project Overview

Atmos Energy was a renovation of an existing office space. Construction consisted of demolishing 15,111 square feet of space, installing finishes (painting, flooring, acoustical walls), doors and storefront and the installation of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. The facility was metal-framed and included painting, polished concrete flooring, and custom millwork.
